GAME - "I'd like to see the colour"
« on: January 30, 2014, 10:42:42 AM »
Here's how the game works -

I start the game by posting a photo and then adding a line at the end to say - "In the next photograph, I'd like to see the colour _______"

The person posting the next photograph should have that colour (the one I've mentioned) as a main part of the subject or the colour should be prominent in the photograph.

You also in turn add this line at the end - "In the next photograph, I'd like to see the colour _______" and mention whatever colour you want to see in the next photograph....and the game goes on with each new poster...till all of us get bored of looking at photos and decide to end the game :)

I remember playing this game on a forum some years ago...Henry reminded me about it the other day...Thanks Henry :)

Rules
Its a fun game so there are no winners
Post photos which have been taken by you and not photos from the internet
Post only 1 photo in each reply
If you've got more than one pic with a particular colour then post the best one

Give some details about the photo :  - this will add value to your post and help viewers understand the photo better
Where was the pic taken
Any particular reason why you took the pic
Lens, Camera etc

RED ...... standing out in the greens. Though green dominates here I find the red canna isolated but still prominent.

GREEN IT IS...

This one was taken at Nagla Block in Mumbai during my first macro trip with the guys. I'm very happy with this photo personally, because I had close to zero experience shooting macros before this trip..and the photo turned out pretty well considering that....So I keep patting myself for this ;D

Now I would like to see someone build on that hint of orange in above photo...so the next color should be ORANGE.

Took this photo in Agra.
This house actually shares a boundary wall with the Taj Mahal complex.
We were on a cycle rickshaw when I saw this blue door and orange wall comping up and knew what I wanted to shoot. Rickshaw guy didn't want to stop so had to shoot while moving and just managed to get two frames off while twisting on the rickshaw and trying to avoid getting thrown off by Anirban (no mean feat by itself).

Nikon D700 + 80-200 f/2.8

I'd like to see a little peek of Blue in the next shot.

Gulmohar was in full bloom. I took this photo against the background of blue sky, in a garden opposite to my building in Navi Mumbai.
